I had the worst customer service experience of my life here a few months back. At that time I posted a negative review and I was asked by Kaya to remove it. I did remove it as I don't like conflict. I changed my mind! Why should I delete the poor review when I can't delete the experience? I "still" avoid walking by the store when in town and realize the experience has left me a bit bothered so I thought I would repost and move on.
