I have been a loyal customer at Honey Pot Niagara for a long time, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I purchased a vape cartridge on Monday and by Saturday night it exploded in my pen. When I returned Sunday for an exchange, I was told I could not because I did not have the original packaging.
At no point was I ever told to keep the packaging. I was only told to keep my receipt and that my purchases are saved on my profile so I also had that to rely on as proof of purchase. The employee even tried to print off a receipt to show me "keep original packaging" and could not find anything on the receipt that mentioned this and crumpled up the receipt thew it away and still, they refused to make it right.
As a loyal customer, I find this unacceptable. If this is how Honey Pot chooses to treat people, I will take my business elsewhere.
UPDATE -> Amaan reached out to me and not only made things right, but also added "Keep original packaging" to the bottom of the receipt for clarity. Because of this, I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I also want to give a special shout-out to Britt for her kindness and understanding throughout the process.

I'm extremely disappointed and irritated with this specific store. If I could give it ZERO starts I would. Last night my girlfriend and I went in to buy a Pre-roll. When it was time to pay I tapped my phone something went wrong and I was asked to try again. After I tapped my phone for a second time I then went onto my "Apple pay" just to check and It showed that I was charged 2x. I then told the lady that she accidentally charged me twice and I showed her the transactions on my "Apple pay." The manager then came and was extremely rude, combative, raising his voices at us and said he'll take my name and number and when he counts his till if he has an extra $10 he'll call me. Well today has come it's now almost 2pm and I haven't heard from them so I called. I asked to speak with a manager the gentleman ask what it was regarding so I gave him a brief snipit. He then asked me to hold on came back and said I'll take your name and number someone will call you back. This is extremely unprofessional! If I went into their shop took 2 blunts and I only paid for 1 that would be considered stealing. So by them double charging me they just STOLE from me. At this point it's not about the money his about ethics and principal and I will not let this go. I will contact the Better business bureau and have them investigate this location because I'm sure I'm not the first person they've done this to, I'm just that 1 person that won't roll over and let this go.
