Staff member during a visit earlier in the week was very nice and told me they would have what I was looking for on Saturday for sure. I came back Saturday and that same staff member was very rude. He said with a very irritated sounding tone that "the order is here but I don't know when I'll get to it. It might take me until Monday." I asked if he could take a quick look for the item I wanted and just straight up said no. I know exactly what it is I want and he can't even look at the piece of paper that lists the items in the order to tell me if they got what I asked for. Poor customer service. No reason to come back to this store

You can line up at the till when you are ready and the staff will ignore you and go walk around the store helping people. Eventually Blake QCW# 99491 looked at me and asked "Are you next?" I said "I must be since I am at the front of the line". When I asked why I was skipped when I was lined up at the till and "how do you normally determine who is next?" he told me it all depends on who they look at next. I asked "wouldnt it make sense to help people who are standing in line at the till?" And his response was baffling. He asks "what if we have 30 people in the store and only one person walks up and lines up at the till? Then what are we supposed to do?" I said "YOU HELP THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE CLEARLY READY TO ORDER AND GO" LOL had to tell this Blake kid to use common sense and his brain. Ridiculous that the staff here act like this. Watched the other staff member Olivia commit many infractions while serving customers and she did not wear a name tag and said her manager says she isn't allowed to wear one. Reported these morons to AGLC.

This place is hardly open during business hours and when it is open they have a guy standing outside making you show him your ID before even entering the store. He told me he does that because of how often this store gets robbed. Great. This is a bad neighborhood so make your customers stand outside and take their wallets out and take their ID out of their wallet. Makes sense this place keeps getting robbed.

If you are planning on visiting this location after 6PM, phone first to make sure they are really open. I showed up at 8:50PM, the door was locked, rang the doorbell, no one answered. About 5 minutes later a girl comes to the door but instead of opening it for me, she cracked the door enough to squeeze through and then locked it right away again. I was there to pick up an online order that had already been paid for and this girl refused to help me and told me she was closing the store because she didnt bring a lunch to work. This was not the only time I walked to the store during advertised business hours to find the store closed, this is a frequent occurrence. Staff are extremely rude generally as well, they treat me like there is no possible way I could know what I want. Especially if I want to look around first to find something new, different or specific, they act like I definitely wont be happy unless they give me a recommendation and then I buy that overpriced garbage they recommend. Because of this I began to order online but between the inconsistent hours and inconsistent stock, this has been just as bad as going to the store to make the purchase. If the store isnt closed, there is a good chance this location wont even have the product you ordered or the product you want and saw listed ad "in stock" on their website. This is the worst run and managed location in the province by far. Unfortunately this is the only option for a lot of people. Oh and you should ..
