| If you are planning on visiting this location after 6PM, phone first to make sure they are really open. I showed up at 8:50PM, the door was locked, rang the doorbell, no one answered. About 5 minutes later a girl comes to the door but instead of opening it for me, she cracked the door enough to squeeze through and then locked it right away again. I was there to pick up an online order that had already been paid for and this girl refused to help me and told me she was closing the store because she didnt bring a lunch to work. This was not the only time I walked to the store during advertised business hours to find the store closed, this is a frequent occurrence. Staff are extremely rude generally as well, they treat me like there is no possible way I could know what I want. Especially if I want to look around first to find something new, different or specific, they act like I definitely wont be happy unless they give me a recommendation and then I buy that overpriced garbage they recommend. Because of this I began to order online but between the inconsistent hours and inconsistent stock, this has been just as bad as going to the store to make the purchase. If the store isnt closed, there is a good chance this location wont even have the product you ordered or the product you want and saw listed ad "in stock" on their website. This is the worst run and managed location in the province by far. Unfortunately this is the only option for a lot of people. Oh and you should .. |
