This is where you shop if you know nothing about weed. Way overpriced, small selection, and the staff are hilariously unknowledgeable. I went in once in a pinch before better stores were open late, asked a few questions, and the girl was making up answers that were so wrong. The best part was the false confidence 😂 Go to ANY other dispo, Burb is a joke. Whoever wrote the comment below furthers my point of your terrible service, so thank you. A negative review from a customer is suddenly a "competitor" and "spamming". 💀

Danielle should be fired. What a horrible attitude. She actually made fun of a really nice customer that wanted to cancel his transaction and loudly said in front of everyone, HAVE YOU NEVER CANCELLED A TRANSACTION BEFORE? ITS THE BIG RED BUTTON 🙄 she sounded super unhinged. Poor guy was so embarrassed, and so was everyone around him. When I asked her if she was having a bad day, she asked me if I want someone else to serve me, and started asking me my name like she wants to fight, lol. I guess this girl ain't getting any, and takes it out on customers. Gross, don't hire people in customer service roles that are miserable. EDIT: Thank you for the love BC, such a shame the store won't respond, especially funny that "Dee" is writing positive reviews about herself. She's more unhinged than I thought. 🤣

I used to shop exclusively at BC Cannabis because it was priced so much better than Burb, but honestly this is my new favourite place. Their prices are amazing for pre-rolls and the hours are even better. Worth the stop!
