Danielle should be fired. What a horrible attitude. She actually made fun of a really nice customer that wanted to cancel his transaction and loudly said in front of everyone, HAVE YOU NEVER CANCELLED A TRANSACTION BEFORE? ITS THE BIG RED BUTTON 🙄 she sounded super unhinged. Poor guy was so embarrassed, and so was everyone around him. When I asked her if she was having a bad day, she asked me if I want someone else to serve me, and started asking me my name like she wants to fight, lol. I guess this girl ain't getting any, and takes it out on customers. Gross, don't hire people in customer service roles that are miserable.
