| Came into the store all the staff were in the back talking, no one greeted any of the customers. We ordered thru the machine and paid. On the debit machine it said transaction approved and the money came out of our account. The staff behind the counter said that the transaction didn't go thru on there end. We asked what are our next steps. They called some ignoramus guy working at the back to come out and accused me of wanting free product ? Those words NEVER came out of my mouth and when I asked if there was something wrong he accused me of being disrespectful and asked me to leave. No problem... That BOY clearly has no social skills, does not have any training on managing a store, he stood there, raised his voice and declared I was disrespectful when I asked him if something was wrong.. He has no communication skills, no customers service skills, he comes across as entitled and has no sense on picking simple human behaviour and actions. He has no compassion, or empathy and only considers his own feelings. Good job on hiring that guy 👍🏻 | ||

| The staff are super friendly, so friendly our dog drags us there when we go for a walk lol she loves all the attention and treats! The prices of products are very reasonable compared to other places....and those other places don't give my dogs treats 😭 | ||

| It wasn't a great experience.... I think I may have been one time before and now remember why I didn't go back. There is a budtender that works there, that is extremely arrogant and aggressive with how she spoke to us. We were taken aback by her poor attitude. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Update**** Also hunny pot ask me to reach out to them and let them know more about my experience..they never responded so that tells you a lot 👎 | ||
