| Came into the store all the staff were in the back talking, no one greeted any of the customers. We ordered thru the machine and paid. On the debit machine it said transaction approved and the money came out of our account. The staff behind the counter said that the transaction didn't go thru on there end. We asked what are our next steps. They called some ignoramus guy working at the back to come out and accused me of wanting free product ? Those words NEVER came out of my mouth and when I asked if there was something wrong he accused me of being disrespectful and asked me to leave. No problem...
That BOY clearly has no social skills, does not have any training on managing a store, he stood there, raised his voice and declared I was disrespectful when I asked him if something was wrong..
He has no communication skills, no customers service skills, he comes across as entitled and has no sense on picking simple human behaviour and actions. He has no compassion, or empathy and only considers his own feelings. Good job on hiring that guy 👍🏻 |
