| lol omg I walked in because they said they price match , the catch within 5 km , which is about 4 blocks away , so they know they are the only cannabis shop in the area ( there is a limit how many shops can be within an area ) right here off , false advertising. Ok I get to the counter , and I was trying to price match , I'm told the deal , my regular purchase is at most 5.00$ per unit. Here it was 6.75$ outrageous!!! Right ? My regular shop sells the gummies for 4.23 a unit. So know how far above the price point these greedy folks are. It's all about the Do Re Me, lol , next the dude behind the counter ( in a really not friendly way but kinda " snotty " tbh) says well we're corporate, I'm sorry but those are the worst words you can say , then " we're owned by the Edmonton Oilers " what is a hockey team doing sell DRUGS seriously??? Like it kinda seems hypocritical tbh. Anyway overall avoid Tokyo smoke in barrhaven unless you want to spend almost twice what you normally pay. Come on Oily men, stop being so greedy , ( I used to shop at Tokyo smoke in Westboro , funny they went out of business. Now I know why . | ||

| I've been here about 7 times. I bring my little dog in but carry her in my arms. She's a rescue dog that has had some terrible experiences. I try not to leave her alone as she self harms( the abusers would leave her days at a time) I complained about the front " counter" because there is no front counter, to put your bag down when paying etc. the dude Alex proceeded to tell me if I didn't have my dog then the counter wouldn't be an issue ??? 🫨how you equate that idk. I tried to tell him it's better if I hold her because he said put her on a leash , but when she's down she has little accidents , I mean she 7.5 lb so little , but it's her nerves. Anyway she did have an accident which I began cleaning up and asked if they had a cleanser they use ? Alex dude says don't worry about it I'll do it , I said no it's ok , I'll do it . In the end it was half and half . So months later Alex brings this up ( talk about hanging onto your anger ) so in the end according to Alex I was the awful person for complaining there is no counter space and bringing my dog. Absolutely no interest or caring about what your customers may be dealing with. I used to spend 35 45 $ at the store on the regular. I definitely won't ever go back . The way Alex was looking down his nose at me like I was a piece of dirt in the floor I think he's made assumptions; this beaugoise overweight white woman with her stupid little dog is not useful to me, and I don't like her. | Love this shop( it was a spa, now a weed store)and the staff( well almost ALL) ARE AMAZEBALLS! So friendly and helpful. This shop is my " go to" ‼️‼️‼️Happy New Year 🥳 y'all. ☮️💋but I have to edit my review , there seems to be one bloke here who is not like the others ( lol ) , unfortunately he seems to be annoyed most of the time , but he is certainly not a representative of the overall vibe of the store , EVERYONE is generally very friendly and helpful.
