| As somebody who has a funhouse mirror in a place normally occupied by stable mental health, I rely on cannabis products to help keep my hilarious cornucopia of neuroses from crippling me altogether. Enter the good folks at FIKA Golden Mile. Britt and her team take all the guesswork out of what my stupid brain needs in a given moment: whether I need to sleep, or to handle anxiety, or to bolster my existing depression-fighting tools, I can rely on anybody behind the counter at FIKA Golden Mile to steer me in the right direction. Look, the product is always good, but I can't swing a stoned hippie without hitting a cannabis shop in this neighbourhood. What brings me back to any retailer is the people, and the people at FIKA are no exception. To a person, everybody on staff is a delight to see and interact with, and in my experience that's a rare team. I continue to look forward to my visits to FIKA Golden Mile, and for folks in the area looking for a professional-yet-personal experience (particularly if you're a new buyer) I can't recommend them more highly. Five stars! | ||

| When I moved out of delivery range for your Vic Park location I was bummed because I'd really enjoyed the proximity. Imagine my delight when I discovered your location near my new place. I have a terrific memory for faces and a terrible memory for names, which means I'd struggle to call out individuals in a text capacity, but I can tell you that every single interaction with every single staff member I've had at the Eglinton location has put a smile on my face. Your staff treats customers like friends, at least in my experience, and I feel immediately welcome when I come in. Everybody's super-knowledgeable and friendly, and it's a highlight of my week to swing by. I would like to specifically call out the fellow who served me today: again, terrible with names, but when I told him I suck at rolling, he offered to show me the ropes just because I happened to be the only person in the store (I suspect you'll know who I mean). It was a super cool thing to offer that I genuinely appreciated, and just further solidifies why I shop here. As someone who uses THC and CBD in both medicinal and recreational capacities, I really value a trustworthy local shop in my neighbourhood upon which I can rely. I'm grateful to have found that in your store. Thanks for everything! | ||
