| When I moved out of delivery range for your Vic Park location I was bummed because I'd really enjoyed the proximity. Imagine my delight when I discovered your location near my new place.
I have a terrific memory for faces and a terrible memory for names, which means I'd struggle to call out individuals in a text capacity, but I can tell you that every single interaction with every single staff member I've had at the Eglinton location has put a smile on my face. Your staff treats customers like friends, at least in my experience, and I feel immediately welcome when I come in. Everybody's super-knowledgeable and friendly, and it's a highlight of my week to swing by.
I would like to specifically call out the fellow who served me today: again, terrible with names, but when I told him I suck at rolling, he offered to show me the ropes just because I happened to be the only person in the store (I suspect you'll know who I mean). It was a super cool thing to offer that I genuinely appreciated, and just further solidifies why I shop here.
