I started shopping at Fire and Flower in Sylvan Lake about a year and a half ago and even though the prices are sometimes higher than other competitors in Sylvan and Red Deer, the abundantly friendly staff is what kept me coming back. I recently moved up to Edmonton and I find myself missing coming into the store [almost] everyday and seeing all their friendly faces and picking up my edibles. Its such a friendly and personal experience every time. They knew me by name fairly quick - probably because I was in so often - but I was always greeted with a "Hey Ash, how are ya?!" from each staff member on the floor the minute I walked in (especially from Meech and Jenn) and not just from whichever one was helping me. I cannot rave enough about the staff! They're all genuinely good people who offer a wealth of knowledge when it comes to product, and even a listening ear when customers are "going through it" ;) Sad I haven't been back down for a visit and for some edibles but rest assured when I'm back in the area, I will be back! PS, my only complaint ever was that my favourite edibles (usually Resin) would sell out quick and their purchaser kind of sucks at ordering the products that are most popular and keeping said products in stock. He definitely needs to work on that. Besides that, 10/10 experience every time! Much love guys!

Do not use their online ordering/delivery service otherwise your order won't be sent out, they'll pass the blame onto "head office," and they'll keep your money. We're going on business day #6 without my refund when I was told by the manager she was cancelling my order and I would receive my refund in "3-5 business days." I've reached out to the manager, as well as the district manager and I've not received a reply. Completely unprofessional. I'll be reporting the charge on my card as fraudulent.
