Do not use their online ordering/delivery service otherwise your order won't be sent out, they'll pass the blame onto "head office," and they'll keep your money. We're going on business day #6 without my refund when I was told by the manager she was cancelling my order and I would receive my refund in "3-5 business days." I've reached out to the manager, as well as the district manager and I've not received a reply. Completely unprofessional. I'll be reporting the charge on my card as fraudulent. |
