Sadly, I'll never return to what was my favourite store in London. Close to my home and convenient, ruined by a lousy "manager" who cared more about her ego than customer service. I've been purchasing products here for nearly 2 years and when I returned within 15 minutes with a faulty purchase, I was met with absolutely no resolution. "Once you leave the store there is no refund or return." Even for a product that is sold empty? I asked for a receipt to be printed or at least a proof of my purchase from my account history, and I was asked to leave the store. Representative wasn't wearing a name tag, claimed to be the manager, and ruined this store and the brands image for me forever. Claimed I was threatening them as I was basically having a panic attack that $50 was a lot of money for a product that's unusable. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a customer service.

I visit here often and the staff are so friendly. Always really affordable prices and great deals. Had a product one time faulty and the exchange process was nice and easy. Have only had positive experiences here. Clean, bright, friendly, lots of parking, affordable, no reason to give less than 5 stars.
