| Sadly, I'll never return to what was my favourite store in London. Close to my home and convenient, ruined by a lousy "manager" who cared more about her ego than customer service. I've been purchasing products here for nearly 2 years and when I returned within 15 minutes with a faulty purchase, I was met with absolutely no resolution. "Once you leave the store there is no refund or return." Even for a product that is sold empty? I asked for a receipt to be printed or at least a proof of my purchase from my account history, and I was asked to leave the store. Representative wasn't wearing a name tag, claimed to be the manager, and ruined this store and the brands image for me forever. Claimed I was threatening them as I was basically having a panic attack that $50 was a lot of money for a product that's unusable. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a customer service. |
