| Today was a day when Rare stood out. I sent in feedback of a strain that I purchased that was really bad. From the outside of the bag, the buds felt solid. Upon opening, The trimming was atrocious with big fans leaves and died out and not a great cure. I sent in feedback for the first time even on any strain. Rare not only replied but also sent in my feedback to the supplier. They went above and beyond. The supplier ended up providing me a free ounce which was appreciated. Rare could have easily dismissed my concerns. Thanks again Rare! | ||

| I love this place. However today was a sad day. I bought some stuff from there needed some cleaner. I was unable to buy Purpoe power because I am not an elite member. Purple power is available all over, but I need to be an elite member to buy it there. Very silly. Btw the elite member idea is an ok idea, inexpensive, but it's just the principle for me. Disappointed. | ||
