| Today was a day when Rare stood out. I sent in feedback of a strain that I purchased that was really bad. From the outside of the bag, the buds felt solid. Upon opening, The trimming was atrocious with big fans leaves and died out and not a great cure. I sent in feedback for the first time even on any strain.
Rare not only replied but also sent in my feedback to the supplier. They went above and beyond. The supplier ended up providing me a free ounce which was appreciated. Rare could have easily dismissed my concerns. Thanks again Rare! |
