| Rare to get bad customer service in a cannabis shop these days, but the big guy with long hair and a beard is a perfect example of it. Guy hardly talks; He doesn't ask how he can help, doesn't greet you, doesn't say thanks or bye. His vibe is "I don't want to be here at all and you're bothering me." I get times are tough, I get not everyone has social skills, and I get people go through stuff, so this isn't personal judgement. But the reality is if you can't do the very basics find another job that won't require social skills. It's unacceptable for a brick and mortar business to hire someone like that. To be fair, everyone else who's helped me out at this shop has provided good customer service. 3 stars since, in fairness, they almost always have what I'm looking for. | ||

| Absolutely top shelf weed shop. There are three other shops I like frequenting on account of the awesome service, and this one's now been added to the list. Been here a few times and the associates are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball. One even had the confidence to suggest a brand and strain that's just as good as the one I'd always been buying, and man was he spot-on. Once I grab his name I'll add it too this review and update it. Just a great shop. Don't miss out. | ||

| A gem of a shop. They never miss a beat with their customer service, regardless of who's helping you. You can tell the owners made sure to only hire folks who get how to provide service. The place is well organized, generously stocked and decorated with a tasteful amount of marketing so that you can get to know different brands. And you can't beat having a local legend in the Attic pizza right next door. Go to Neku for your cannabis needs, you'll love it. | ||

| This place ought to teach corporate courses on how to provide proper customer service. Seriously. I love coming here. They get to know you by name, they address you by your name, and they'll even remember your usual order and suggest getting it ready the second they see you. Adam is an absolute beauty. He always welcomes me with a genuine greeting. That said, the other associates are always awesome, too. Great selection, too. I've never once had a bad experience shopping here and I doubt I ever will. | ||
