| Rare to get bad customer service in a cannabis shop these days, but the big guy with long hair and a beard is a perfect example of it.
Guy hardly talks; He doesn't ask how he can help, doesn't greet you, doesn't say thanks or bye. His vibe is "I don't want to be here at all and you're bothering me." I get times are tough, I get not everyone has social skills, and I get people go through stuff, so this isn't personal judgement. But the reality is if you can't do the very basics find another job that won't require social skills. It's unacceptable for a brick and mortar business to hire someone like that.
To be fair, everyone else who's helped me out at this shop has provided good customer service. 3 stars since, in fairness, they almost always have what I'm looking for. |
