| Sterile unwelcoming feeling environment, there's no menus posted anywhere so the entire storefront is just display garbage and plain white walls, the only menu is in a small binder up front that was sticky to the touch. I wish I could've browsed the selection everyone keeps speaking so highly of, but the sales rep was breathing down my neck trying to rush me. Don't have strains listed for the rotational products, and average to above average pricing. Probably won't be back considering the amount of option in the area. | ||

| Went in to get shatter at a price match as their website blasts in your face everywhere you look, but they added a policy that isn't advertised that it must be within 2km of the store. The place I was referring to was on my way home on the other side of the city, about 15-18km away, but it's fine I can stop there if the west side is gonna charge an extra $10 😂 | ||

| Usually great experience here. Placed an order for pickup and was told I'd have to buy a $30 "elite" membership to buy it. My order was $22. Took a bus 45 minutes here and walked out with nothing. Won't be back. Employees offered no alternative to purchase the item. I don't care enough to email you. Figure out how to treat customers well yourself. | ||
