Usually great experience here. Placed an order for pickup and was told I'd have to buy a $30 "elite" membership to buy it. My order was $22. Took a bus 45 minutes here and walked out with nothing. Won't be back. Employees offered no alternative to purchase the item. I don't care enough to email you. Figure out how to treat customers well yourself.
