This place has really gone down the bro hole. Mani used to keep it down a bit but I that's over. It's a really intimidating setup, you feel like you're doing a deal with your bully. They refuse to acknowledge peoples' gender and throw a fit, unwilling to accommodate any kind of order problems, like payment issues. You can barely get into the place due to the huge podium like barrier blocking the entrance hallway. Accessibility was lost at the door where there is no ramp. There's no customer relations to speak of, they just want to get your order and get you out as quickly as possible. They don't answer questions and treat them like an inconvenience. The only reason I went was for a bit of variety but it's not worth it at this cost.

First I should state that these folks are overpriced and don't price match but I figured give it a shot because they're local. Staff here are completely clueless. I was looking for an Indica leaning blunt pre-roll. Dude sold me one he said was "really nice" and "pretty sure it's Indica". Turns out El Blanco is a powerful sativa pre-roll and it ruined an entire day with restlessness and anxiety. I get the impression he would have told me anything to get that 20 bucks off me. He demonstrated that the staff here know nothing about the products they sell. I shouldn't have to fact-check what the merchant is telling me.
