| This place has really gone down the bro hole. Mani used to keep it down a bit but I that's over. It's a really intimidating setup, you feel like you're doing a deal with your bully. They refuse to acknowledge peoples' gender and throw a fit, unwilling to accommodate any kind of order problems, like payment issues. You can barely get into the place due to the huge podium like barrier blocking the entrance hallway. Accessibility was lost at the door where there is no ramp. There's no customer relations to speak of, they just want to get your order and get you out as quickly as possible. They don't answer questions and treat them like an inconvenience. The only reason I went was for a bit of variety but it's not worth it at this cost. |
