Knowledgeable and friendly. Out of stock too often though, I don't think you'd see that if it were privately run. Just sayin. 😃 Have to update this review for new users like I was. Having placed multiple orders, don't wait for an email telling you that your order is ready for pick up because it probably won't come. Give them a couple of hours then go in, most often it's ready, if not they will get it ready right away. I was asked once if i received my email as they couldn't find the order, after i said it had been placed the day before they found my paperwork under the counter(I think on a printer) and apologized. Usually more staff than customers so it's not an issue. Very friendly people but need some coaching.

Horrible experience with the brook side manager along with NBC. Purchase was made and duly paid for. Confirmation on the pin pad but not the register. Was not given my products. Was told not their problem, call customer services. Confirmed via banking that the transaction went through. This is a form of business fraud under the guise of it's a machine fault. The manager had such a lesser faire attitude. Did not care. Write your name and phone number now leave. Michelle plays the Karen card very quickly if things are not going her way. Regardless. An investigation has begun at NBC. Banks contacted $115 is not much money but the utter lack of respect, nor the woke mindset of accepting any form of fault prompts this review of piss poor customer service with Michelle and further as NBC management to accept any fault this prompting the customer to have to fight to get thee money back let alone the product that was duly paid for

Brookside location. Girl knew her stuff and was very helpful and personable. 6 for 36 is a great deal and they have lots of delicious flavors that get the job done!
