An investigation has begun at NBC. Banks contacted $115 is not much money but the utter lack of respect, nor the woke mindset of accepting any form of fault prompts this review of piss poor customer service with Michelle and further as NBC management to accept any fault this prompting the customer to have to fight to get thee money back let alone the product that was duly paid for
