Love the look and design of this dispensary! However, some of their staff aren't very knowledgeable about cannabis at all. As if some of them don't or barely consume. They took forever looking for the product I wanted because they didn't know what it looked like or where it was. I was served by a burnout with the vocabulary of a 12 yr old, who I had caught a whiff of cannabis from. From what I know, budtenders shouldn't smell or consume cannabis while on the job. The ambiance was quite weird as well. They were playing gangster rap when there were no people of colour working at the dispensary at the time. As if they were trying too hard. Didn't match the design and layout of the store.

Really cool store, like the fact it is near Erin mills area. Good pre roll selection and shake. It can be pricey but overall a lot of fair priced products. I go here often whenever I need medical weed
