Fantastic service. Good prices. Service just took a pinch long at no fault of the employee. It was one guy serving 7 people. I get it - it doesn't account for all the quiet times. Just have to be fully transparent.

Of the mississauga dispensaries, I really enjoy this one. Their rewards program is really convenient as it's across all stores and fika gas a location at union station, very nice to stop before or after traveling. This store specifically, all the employees are so friendly and helpful. Everyone here is always so nice and chipper, and has pretty substantial knowledge and product recommendations.

Incompetent employees and management. Several frustrating inconsistencies here. Sometimes they won't check your ID sometimes they will after serving you a dozen times and knowing you. Sometimes 5-10m before closing they won't let you in even if you rushed there. All the prices are 10-35% higher than the other dispensaries

Extremely Disappointed! This store sells products that are over a year old, which is completely unacceptable for cannabis products. Freshness matters, and what they offer is far from it. On top of that, I had a terrible experience with customer service – unhelpful, dismissive, and uninterested in resolving the issue. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for quality or respectful service. Avoid it!

I was new to the area and I came to this store for the first time just to check it out. The guy that assisted me, Connor, gave me an excellent customer service! Dude was so friendly and funny. Im a huge stoner so I go to dispensaries often and never have I experienced a remarkable interaction with any budtender. I wasnt even planning on getting anything in the first place but ended up coming out with a bunch of stuff. Definitely will be coming back! CONNOR'S THE MAN!
