Absolutely Terrible Prices. The staff and store are fine, but their prices are just robbery. Nearly everything is cheaper down the street at Spiritleaf. Not by a small margin either. Pops is regularly like 20% - 30% more for no reason it's literally the same exact product.
The sign at the entrance saying low prices is outright false advertising. Probably one of the most expensive stores in the GTA area.
Look, i'm not a smoker but I also don't hate on people for smoking weed. I went shopping at M & M food market next door with my 3 month old and it reeks of pot in that store... you guys need to do something the smell is overwhelming and the last thing I want is to take my baby shopping and have them smell like that when we're just trying to get dinner. Please do something about this.
When they started prices were good. They're gouging now, literally every weed store is 20-30% cheaper.
I went here today to pick up 7g of GMO cookies for my husband. I had told the lady thats what i wanted, and she grabbed 2 3.5gs off the shelf, i asked her "you only have 3.5?" And she proceeds to tell me there is a deal going on with the 3.5s. Fine no problem. I paid, got home and my husband was not happy. It ended up being more expensive than the 7g. He called and spoke with the manager and he argued with him and told him that he should have came in instead of sending me. How about you teach your employees to listen to the costomers and give them what they ask for, and ask if they want the "deals". Very angry at the service and how the manager treated my husband. Will not be going back here.
Terrible Customer service at this location, unprofessional and rude staff. I went there this past weekend and my expectations fell extremely short, as one of the workers disgusting attitude deterred me from making a purchase as she was an egregious sales representative giving me attitude or rolling her eyes for just asking more information about a product. Moving forward I would advise anyone not to go here as the prices are high and the staff won't make your visit pleasant.
