I am very disappointed in how we were treated at this location. I have spent a lot of money here. I specifically took a cab to this location to buy myself a vape cartridge for my bday and when I got home and opened the packaging there was a huge bubble on the bottom of the cartridge, not allowing any of the oil to be extracted if it was vaped. I called them and informed them that the vape cartridge was not of quality and was not working. I asked if they would deliver me one as I just spent money to get there and buy this, they said no. Which alright then, so I did ask if they would refund me the money and he said if I have original packaging and receipt that they could do that. I got a friend to come pick it up and go return it, and then lady who he was dealing with was very very rude. She tested the cap cartridge and on her device it said it wasn't working, but then she had the audacity to say to my friend well try it on your vape pen. Why does he have to try it on his vape pen if your device just showed that the cartridge wasn't working?? That makes no sense. She made a scene and was very rude. I provided a picture of the vape cartridge to show the quality of vape that she was arguing with us about. We will not be back, and word of mouth goes a long way
