Puts the wrong prices on the boxes and you end up getting charged more and they wont refund it. This place is a SCAM. However after given compensation and the option to refund after emailing I have decided maybe it isn't so bad of a place. But recently its been understaffed and dirty.

This new ID policy is stupid. Got Id'd twice in one shop. I don't get younger from the time I enter the store to the time I check out.. only older. You are making me feel unwelcome in your stores. Redundant.. I won't be back.

I stopped by to have a look around and Devanshu was quick to help me by making suggestions in each section of the store. He helped make sure what I was pointing out was actually what I wanted. He didn't look at me funny for being cheap either which was nice. All around a great visit with a huge variety!

Online stock is not correct, 2 times I've put in orders for them to tell me they don't have anything but the papers. Asked for a refund, and suggested they hire someone to do inventory. I have 24 years experience in retail and I've never seen anything like this. The manager called it a "discrepancy", an entire order not in stock 2 times is not a discrepancy. With the amount of stores you have I can just imagine how many "discrepancies" you have. Having your inventory up to date and CORRECT is one of the most important pieces of good customer service. It's also one of the most important parts of running a retail business, let a lone a dispensary. Tell the owner reach out to me if they want this problem fixed.
