My husband and I have been loyal customers at Value Buds for almost 3 years, visiting weekly to stock up on our favourite cannabis products. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but this store was a very bad customer service experience. First there was a sign up for a 15 minute break but we were waiting for over 25 mins. Once we got in the associate that was there was helping a customer but didn't acknowledge me walk in the store, I waiting 5-10 while she just chatted with the customer just chatting nothing with actually selecting a product. not even saying anything about asking me to wait. I stood at the cash register once I picked out what I wanted but still no acknowledgement. The only time she said anything towards me was when I decided to leave after not being helped and just said have a great night. Just a very annoying experience. Went in 9th January 2024 around 730pm

Literally the best store in Calgary! The staff are beyond amazing. However I have to say that the lady who plays disco is above and beyond! She knows her product and helps stay in your price bracket. 10/10 she deserves a raise!
