The kid with glasses has an attitude and I won't return again, which sucks because the first time I went here it was very friendly.
Kid wanted ID. I could have easily grabbed my ID from my car, but I was happier to leave and give someone else my business, after this kid acted hostile and rude to the bone. Ask politely next time, you lost a customer being a jerk.
Just started coming here and I'm impressed by the staffs knowledge on their products, Dawson helped me out today and knew all the products in the store off the top of his head and helped me get some good indica. I would recommend this shop over others in the Beacon Hill!
Customers beware. As of I guess today, Because it wasn't this lit way last week, Value buds does not price match. Considers the website that tells you what the prices are like gas buddy Is a price matching website. Will now only go by prices on the value buds website directly. Customer service here with the female also sucks 0 out of 10. You've lost my business
I was in this location at Beacon hill on Saturday and was helped by Brandon. He was so helpful that I left with more than I came in for. Great sales person.
This store is always clean and stocked, I prefer this location.

Absolute waste of timing and energy. Didn't walk across the shopping mall to have your 15 year old ID me, is he even old enough to sell your product? Maybe we need someone to check his ID...
Deductive reasoning would help the kid if he isn't missing brain cells, when someone shows up in a 100k+ truck with $100 food in their hands, knows almost exactly what he wants off the menu after your kid asks what I am after tonight, maybe just maybe they are no where near 18 years old?? Nahhhhh daddy buys everyone a truck these days right? That's why your boy is walkin home?
Oh and beat it with the BS of 'take a compliment' it's not a compliment, it's a waste of your customers time and energy, your time and energy and maybe just maybe your inventory walls would be crossed off like other VB locations.... that actually SELL the product behind the counter.
