Had to walk out of your store tonight because the person behind the counter thought it was ok to leave me standing there for 15 minutes waiting while he served people who had no idea what they're doing. Here's what you don't do. Alienate customers like me, to serve people who buy way, way less. You just stopped a pothead from going there in place of casuals. Not intelligent business sense. Do better. I have never experienced anything like what I had tonight in ANY shop across Canada. Completely unacceptable.

This outlet sells a specific strain of vape cartridges I like. Last visit I purchased a 510 atomizer too. No attempt by staff to sell me some fancy $$$ atomizer. Sold me an updated version of my old one. Excellent staff! I recommend this outlet and it will continue to be a regular stop for myself.
