I stopped I'm to buy a replacement vape pen battery as the one my sister gifted me over Christmas has already died.
They didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but Chris, explained that a lot of the pen batteries die very quickly and was not surprised mine lasted as long as it did. He showed me some other ones of different prices and slightly better quality/slightly longer battery life and was very honest that even then they don't last very long and the various reasons why. I told him that I typically prefer joints and smoking from a pipe and was sad about wasting the 3 cartridges I have left.
He then remembered someone returning a battery that might have enough life for me to finish what I have left at home. After confirming that item having a charge, he called a higher-up to see if they can sell it to me and for how much.
Not only did he go out of his way to help me out with a battery, he encouraged me to take a picture of a poster I was looking at that explained what certain strains pairs well with what activity. He even took his time in answering my questions - very knowledgeable.
I cannot fully express how grateful I am for his honest transparency, his knowledge, patience & friendliness, and his above and beyond customer service.
I am definitely going to be a loyal customer. Thank you so much!
