i was in the store today when the business owner from next door tried to intimate the female staff and manager because they asked him for id , the previous day and he did not have proper id so he was refused service( which is the proper procedure to not serve anyone without proper id).the manager and staff in my opinion are exceptional and displayed professionalism the entire time of the incident .the gentlemen that owns the next door business thought he was above the law because he owns a business in the plaza and put himself on full display in front of the staff an patrons. i have come here and been asked for id and presented id when asked, their staff as always kind and eager to help me with my purchase. just because u claim ur tight with the owner of cabana doesnt give you the right to abuse the store staff. and anyone that thinks their above the law like that is just ignorant. if u let him to continue to shop there he owes the staff a huge apology
I find the service here to be absolutely amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge with Is there customers from what I have observed. I would like to address Recent review that I read from @Dillon Siddall, Someone else who also works in retail, And sometimes I have to work my shift by myself an unfortunately when nature calls You need to close the shop so you can take care of business. I know that I certainly appreciate the customers who understand this.
You can never be sure if this location is open. I have been driven to this location WAY TO MANY TIME and it's been close "Be back soon" with a 30 min time frame. IF YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO COVER THE FLOOR ALL THE HOURS YOU ARE OPEN, HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!! absolutely ridiculous to drive to a location and it not be opened because they are on a smoke break or something stupid. Get it together..

You can't get in the store after 6:30 without ID, even if you are old, as they need to scan your ID for security.
Female staff can be a bit rude.
All in all, the best price and product quality are amazing.
I had been a regular for three years, enjoying the atmosphere and the staff. But on my last visit, a new employee wouldn't let me in because I didn't have my ID, despite knowing me. What upset me most was the way I was treated.
I don't think I'll be buying anything from here ever again, but that's just my opinion.
