I can't imagine an owner paying money for an inflatable tube man outside rather than paying for a hospitable temperature in the store during the summer. Your staff and customers deserve better. You should be ashamed of where your priorities are.
I was hesitant because of the location, but honestly prices are comparable to VB! Josh the owner, is always going above and beyond! He is knowledgeable and super kind!

I visited Elevate for the first time last week because Value Buds had their systems down, and I was pleasantly surprised that Elevate's prices and selection were on par with VB. I purchased a cart which after a few days somehow got damaged and ruined the battery as well. I brought it in today to see if they might know how to salvage the battery and unfortunately there was nothing they could do to fix it but Josh gave me a replacement battery for free! And he helped me troubleshoot when the replacement battery was acting up and gave me another replacement battery! Best service at a dispensary I have ever experienced, which says a lot because dispensaries are known for friendly knowledgeable employees. This is now my first choice of dispensary by far, thanks again for everything Josh!
Best service, product selection and prices in town. 5 stars all around. Would give 6/5 if I could. Conveniently located downtown, right beside Rogers Place Arena, Moss Pit, Fan Park etc. Lots of cannabis brands and options you don't see at the big box stores. Thank you for always treating me like a king when I'm here.
