I've been to many cannabis stores, but this one on Whyte Ave truly stands out! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Whether you're a seasoned user or new to cannabis, they take the time to explain the products and recommend what's best for your needs.
The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming vibe. They have a fantastic selection of top-quality strains, edibles, and accessories. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the prime location.
What really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. Every visit feels like a personalized experience, and they often have great deals or promotions going on. Definitely my go-to spot on Whyte Ave!

Says they are open at 10, came in at 10:50 and doors were locked. Update : Spoke to the guy a few days later that recognized me and acknowledged they had locked the door. I was going to delete review, but not after seeing them leaving a comment denying it was locked which they have since taken down. Would have reflected better if you took accountability for wasting someone's time and not lying about it. You also should not shame someone for leaving a review as it was incredibly awkward and off putting. I happily have taken my business elsewhere. Right across the street!
Outdated menu. Rude and uninformed and untrained staff. Tell me how I the customer have to sit there and add up my purchases in my phone and the staff can't? Staff that helped me looked like a meth head and the lazinesss. Oh my goddddd...
This place sells extremely old packed weed for prices that do not match. Plus I have to make five purchases to get a discount? Are you trying to force us to go to Canna or something? If you're a connoisseur, avoid.
P.S: Your company understands that it's illegal to change the price of something that's advertised as such on your menu, right? One quick phone call and you will be fined. You can't change your mind about a price at the last second because your website is advertising it wrong. Canna did something similar (pricing error) and sold it to me for the price error. That's Canadian law. This place is slimey, I'd seriously go elsewhere. They'll go under soon at this rate
