I can't speak to their customer service, their menu doesn't have good option's/filters so I gave up and went to a different store. I'll continue to shop elsewhere.

This is a weird review to leave, but I was in the store on Thursday and could clearly tell that one of the employees was having a phone call on his earbuds and trying to hide it. He had his hoodie up to conceal it which just made it obvious to me he knew it was wrong. Kinda weird, kinda didn't like. No idea what the person on the other end heard or what information he may have gotten access to because of that. Don't get me wrong, everyone there is usually SO good and this place is still my go-to place, but that made me uncomfortable.

Great prices - they're not lying; honestly the best prices in the area - and great vibes! The staff are all awesome - super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it's consistently a great experience with great product. Definitely highly 😉 recommend ðŸ‘

idk why the guy at the counter wasn't really friendly tonight, kinda ruined the vibe because we only just started going here weekly for the prices and product selection but this has kinda turned me off for a bit :/

The whole staff team is amazing. I love to go in, describe the high im looking for, and let the staff make recommendations. Helpful when navigating their huge menu! Overall, very knowledgeable team, great customer service, and fantastic prices. They go above and beyond to find the best product for each person. Shout out tony and Aaron especially, but the entire team is incredible!
