I have been to this location about a dozen times over the past year or two. The prices here are better than most other competitors. you'd expect that by their name….
About half the times I've been there I've been lucky enough to have Tony be the man to help me. His product knowledge goes far beyond what is required to work in a dispensary. What I found most impressive was, I explained the side effects I was experiencing with different products, and Tony was able to help guide me to product that best suited my needs and *didn't miss*. He was always eager and willing to help, with a great attitude.
With all certainty I can assure you that the other reviews here stating "friendly staff" were helped by this man, as the other half dozen times I was there I was met with completely mediocre retail service.
They seem to have gotten rid of most of their friendly staff. The male staff, especially the manager, are not suitable retail sales people. Many of my friends feel the same way. I'd rather pay extra for decent treatment. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
