Kiera and Jayden let me ask any questions I needed and made my experience so enjoyable! You can tell Kiera is so passionate about her job and she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I left happy! and oh boy I sure did and will be back!!!
Their point system has been "down" for 3 months now, I have accumulated so much and now I can't use it? I would understand if it's 1-2 weeks but 3 months, that's unacceptable. I go there every other day to buy good amounts, I'm honestly thinking on going somewhere else where they care about their customers.
This shop sells the best vape I have had the pleasure to find at a low price. Thank you to the young man who had my online order ready for me. I highly recommend True North to everyone! I'd give 6 *'s!! Beautiful accessories as well.😊
The older lady who works there is really rude. No longer care to give them my business
The lady working there August 12th @ 540PM.. wouldn't accept a 5 dollar bill with a small rip in it..( wasn't missing, just a rip ).. I told her that it's legal tender and she said that she was advise to not accept the bill... ( by who?? ) ...she came off extremely rude and unprofessional.. I then went to a different true north and had no issues... someone needs to give that chick a shake and learn customer service.. if I were her manager she'd be fired immediately.. 1 for turning down legal tender and 2 for being and incompent employee with no customer service skills..
