Nice looking store. Decent amount of product. Not very knowledgeable staff. I asked for a "dispenser" and was rudely told it was distillate. When the product, the label, and online, it said "dispenser". If you're going to rudely correct someone. Make sure you know what you're talking about first. I won't be back there again.

All the actual weed was low potency and overpriced. Only time I could imagine an actual dedicated stoner needing to come in here is to pick up a grinder or replace a bong. Their product is not worth the money, and it's clear it's catered more to a hipstery beginner vibe.

Edit sept 7, 2022: Since this review below was posted, store management contacted me and apologized and really went out of their way to win my business back. They've made some staffing changes and early closes are no longer an issue I've experienced. Well done to Tokyo smoke management for owning the issue and resolving it. == 1 star. I'm a regular customer, well I was. This is now the 3rd time I've tried to go to the Port Elgin Ontario location before closing to find the door locked 10 min early during tourist season. I arrived at 7:51pm on Sunday July 10 2022, and the door was locked, budtender car still out front (I've seen her entering so I know the vehicle). I know that Sundays may be slow, but I stop on my way home from work. Product is great but I won't do business with a location that consistently closes early.
