I then contacted their head office and Kait the Manager at this location helped me and we were able to resolve the issue. We will continue to be loyal customers. "I never write negative reviews but if I could give a minus 10 to this store I would. We bought plenty of products at that store but never will I ever go to that one again. We bought a vape cartridge and the cartridge leaked and they refused to reimburse our purchase because we bought it over a month ago. Nowhere on the receipt states that you only have a month to return the product. When we open the packaging the cartridge was almost empty. There are better dispensaries to purchase your product then that place and better price as well"
