Nice store, nice staff, but...... refused 20% discount on first purchase if you joined their club. Claimed that 20% discount did not apply if purchase was already discounted.... their web page states "on first purchase" and does not state any conditions that would disqualify the discount. Disappointed ...... dishonest and/or ill informed staff.....

I usually do same day delivery to the south west Calgary area and its incredibly fast every single time! Any time I've had any questions, they have a representative primed and ready to go within a built in feature on the website (Live Danktender), that is extremely easy to locate (bottom right), and the wait time to chat with someone has been under a minute for me every time I've needed to reach out about an order. Keep up the excellent service over there! This is a location that is 100% full of pride in quality of work and it shows! ALSO!
