Great customer service. Calischa is a very personable individual. She has the greatest recommendations on the best new brands and always remembers what we like in order to recommend something new for us to try.
Worst service ever. Ordered multiple times every time there's a problem this time. Made me wait over 2 hours then I had to go find the guy down the street about 4 blocks. Then they didn't give it to me anyways because I didn't have my credit card now it's too late to go anywhere else. When I asked when I get my money they said they would call the driver and call me right back still waiting on a call. I just want my money back because I ordered something and didn't receive it! Now they refuse to give the money back be careful with this scam. All I can say is I hope they needed it more then my kids
Honestly I've had such good customer service from this location - Tiger specifically is so sweet, always helps me find the best finds, and I always enjoy coming in
