Ogden is My go to for CBD oil. They were the only location in Calgary that carries the brand I like other than one store out in Canmore.
So it's a half hour or so to Ogden or an hour to Canmore, when I need something I try to tee up things and come to Ogden because I enjoy the staff there. They are all wonderful and super kind. But I have to give a little extra mention to Max because he really helped with recommendations and gave me insights to other options as well based on some concerns I had and helped with the dosing/math that I am not good with that at all. So it has helped me keep track better now.
Their set up is great always organized and welcoming!
I love their loyalty card option and they even offer delivery! I put the map to help show. And delivery fees are super reasonable ! And the drink options I only recently took notice of and are Amazing! Hands down will recommend those to people by far. I am lightweight so it is nice to have an alternative to reduce inflammation and chronic pain while having something to drink that's relaxing and not alcohol. Solei is my fave brand of drink and tastes the best of what I had so far! The normal oil is and was fine. But this is A great option now. Because my stomach for a variety of reasons can't handle essentially any gu ..

Customer service is your obligation when running a retail establishment of any kind. Laughing people out of the building instead of taking clientele complaints seriously shows a complete lack of professionalism. If you have zero intentions to stock something or can no longer carry it, don't be deceitful by making continual empty promises and vague commitments. This makes your establishment lose credibility and trust. My suggestion to current and potential clients is to shop somewhere you get treated like a valued customer every single time you shop with them instead of a sideshow for their entertainment. Management here needs a customer service and conflict management lesson. There's plenty of courses available.
