One of the best location ever, i 've been to many cannabis store but this one is my all time favourite n since their customer service hits me so good I literally go there everytime i needed something to buy, that girl NAV the one with adorable face she is my favourite and so upto date introducing new varieties. She always helps me to pick the right product. Strongly recommended
I have frequented this location quite often for the past couple of years and have loved the staff, the product and the prices. I've always had a good experience. On the off chance I have to go to another location on the west end here, it's the same deal. Plenty of times I've had good recommendations from Kyle and he's always been an excellent person to interact with.
Now today's trip in was a typical one, I grabbed my flower and went to head out & had to turn back to grab the papers I had originally went in for. Ishpreet had been working today & she helped me pick out my flower as well as she gave me a pack of the house papers on them! I will definitely be bragging about Cannabis House to friends, family and anyone who will listen! Thank you for being an awesome establishment!
Rude young lady. Terrible customer service and rude rude rude. One of three cartridges did not work. My wife brought one back within one day, with receipt and packaging. Ishpreet tried to make her smoke it in front of her and she refused to try it since she does not smoke and drive so she basically had to leave very frustrated. A rep was there and backed Ishpreet that people had to smoke and drive and blamed AGLC that they need to prove to them it did not work. Never took responsibility for anything or offer a refund. We know it is on video and we have placed a complaint with AGLC
I really enjoyed my customer service at this dispensary. Nav the female worker was more than just a pretty face. She introduced me to some of her favourite vapes and I really enjoyed them. I have sleeping issues as well as other medical conditions that I have to use pot for at night.
I walked into the store. No hello how are you? Not even a simple hi. No smile. Was asked for my ID about 3 times in a very rude forceful manner before even making it to the counter. After I said I was still looking she said "well for what?" In a very condescending tone as if to rush me and like the menus weren't already in front of my face and clear as day to read…Very dissatisfied with the costumer service, and felt very unwelcome at this location.
