Prices are great, but one of the staff reminds me of a cranky Zellers or Walmart employee, I switched from cartridges to prerolls and this is not the place to ask questions or browse, i left feeling awkward because I don't know what they all have on menu, and when you ask about it, just turns awkward. If it was more like a Walmart where I could browse privately it would be ok, but there right in your face making you feel dumb. Like I'm supposed to automatically know exactly what I want, and sorry I'm looking at an edibles bag and not a preroll, sold in the same kind of bag, maybe I could learn the display if I felt comfortable enough to read the info and price. Or maybe you guys should get a menu book like other places if you can't hire decent staff. Today was my last visit, made the mistake of buying a lighter after my preroll purchase, even though I paid in cash the employee was visibly annoyed. Then proceeded to rush me off while I was looking in the lighter display section, but still had my preroll behind the counter. Rushing me away without even giving me my purchase!? I'd rather just pay more somewhere else and feel comfortable.

I've frequented this establishment numerous times, yet I find myself questioning why each time. Unfortunately, the recurring experience involves encountering rude and snarky staff who exhibit prejudiced behavior towards certain individuals. The manager's attitude is particularly disheartening; inquiries are met with unwarranted hostility. Despite spending considerable amounts during each visit, the lack of respect is evident. Furthermore, I've observed discriminatory behavior from a specific staff member, particularly towards Aboriginal people, which is unacceptable. It's disappointing that employees prioritize their paychecks over fostering a positive atmosphere and genuine customer care. As a business professional with connections, including the CEO of Canna Cabana, I'm concerned about the reputation of this franchise. It's evident that improvements in customer service and inclusivity are desperately needed.
