Not only are we the biggest Canna Cabana in Edmonton, we’d also like to think we’re the nicest. The worst customer services i ever had ... they need your personnal informations such as phone number in order to give you descent prices . You cant have a look at their menu ... they got raid of it loll you now have to spend stupid amount of time looking at what you need cause ut is spread all over the place .... (oz) or even vape cartridge... you have to rely onto the cashier to get satisfy.... they are just cashier and they have the minimum knowledge about the world of cannabis . You will be disapointed more than once good luck !!
Budtender I interacted with was fantastic. However, I was trying to have a 1-on-1 conversation with the budtender about product and the manager was very snarky interjecting her opinions when they neither I, nor the budtender, asked. If the budtender I was talking to, would've asked the manager for help with asking questions, I would've understood. But instead the manager, who half heard my questions, was throwing out answers that didn't even make sense.
The manager needs a talking to about reading a room, customer service, and when to back down and let her the budtenders do their job. If she was directly asked a question, different story, but she wasn't and her opinion was not needed.
I do enjoy this location and their selection, just a shame they have such an overbearing manager.
I bought a vape cartridge and after 4 days it broke.. I came back to them and they did not return it. The staff just said we cant return it and you need to contact the sticky greens company directly.
The staff on Sunday guided me if there is any fault in vape cartridge you just need to bring the receipt and we will replace this.. I brought the receipt and Unfortunately, they did not replace or refund the money. The sticky green company isnt replying.
They aren't concerned regarding their customers problem.
DONT GET LURE BY DISCOUNTS HERE. They have faulty products.
Lol they literally helped me without asking for my identification. Same guy went over to my friend of color and immediately asked him for his id.. that is pretty crazy if you ask me. Especially since the two of us have been visiting this store for quite some time. The crazy thing is it's this only staff member. No other employee gives my buddy a hard time just this one guy. Do better bud!
Ps. I am definitely NOT over the age of 40. So I did also find that to be pretty offensive

Let me start off by saying I have stuck very loyal to this location and have spend large amounts of my time and money in the store.
With that being said, I have been let down too many times with awful excuses. This is and will be the last time I step foot in this retail store or any Canna Cabana in terms of doing business. At least other businesses hold up their end of a return policy and doesn't beat around the bush.
Now to move on to the real dirty issues going on in this place. Being a former worker from the cannabis industry regardless anyone purchasing should not have to educate a PAID staff member on the product that they are selling.
My last 2 attempts to return faulty product to this location where I am know by face and name ( Provided both packages and receipts for product like advised by employees ) I have been told to prove to them it is broken or faulty merchandise. YES I SAID IT they had me go outside right infront of the store where there is a CAMERA and told me to smoke my "WEED" to prove that my product was faulty. This is such a major RED flag for AGLC. ( After looking at recent Google reviews as well it looks to be a trend here )
Both times in attempt to simply get a replacement I was sent on my way after their rigorous unlawful made up "test" they get you to do to prove that their product is faulty. (Encouraging consumption on their property)
Nothing but overpaid burger flippers at this Canna location. What ..
