This new generation of employees is really lacking in customer service skills. Uninformed, nearly zero product knowledge, unhelpful. Literally asked me "how can you not know what you want?"
I want this blurry thing that shows in stock online, how do you not know what products you sell lady?
2 stars for good prices and big selection, and that's it.

Love Canna Cabana! If you sign up to become a member the prices of everything in store can be unreal savings. Good location as well, easy to access from either way you are coming. Go check them out for yourself!

Maybe a little bit bigger than necessary, but a great layout of products and accessories available to look at.

Worst service ever!!! This is the first time I tried to return a leaking vape cartridge, and the first time that I have actually remembered to keep the receipt and the original packaging as instructed by the canna cabana employee at my regular location. It was 12 days ago so I thought it would be ok because every other cannabis store I've been in has said that returns of faulty vape cartridges must be within 2 weeks. I was told it had been too long since I purchased it so they couldn't take it back. When I asked how long they usually take it back within the answer wasn't even clear.
With a cannabis store on almost every corner, I definitely would not pick this one!! I'll stick to my regular store or Value Buds where the return policy for these things is actually clear and the customer service is fantastic.
I wish I could give a lower rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP HERE!!!! A manager and a staff member named Matthew M. have absolutely horrendous customer service skills. They were both very rude, condescending, and insulting. They were verbally abusive to a customer who has disabilities. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this company, to see that they would employ people like that, in an environment where they will be dealing with many different types of customers, especially customers who are going to have an array of disabilities/difficulties,etc.
Edited to add in response to reply; Calling a customer names for having emotions is acceptable and compassion behavior and the customer should just accept being verbally abused and not get upset in responce to said verbal abuse???
