Long time occasional visitor. Great selection, decent prices, friendly staff. However.
Purchased a 510 cartridge tried it immediately when I got home. Didn't work in the 2 pens I own. Went back, was told I'd have to take it up with the LP as it was illegal for companies to take returns on cannibis. A different dispensary owner informed me that in our province that policy wasn't true. The next day I called the store, pleaded my case to a higher up including the act of refusing a return on a faulty mechanical product regardless if there's cannabis inside.
He did eventually agree to the return so I came into the store.
After dealing with the unwelcoming store manager, testing it in a third pen, and hearing "No Refunds or Exchanges on cannabis products or accessories" multiple times. I asked if the risk of purchase on these products falls to the consumer to which he replied yes, despite him also admitting 510 cartridges have known issues.
I'm not entirely sure how my handling of the situation merited the odd treatment I received. Despite this, I was eventually granted my return, however, the journey to get their could have been handled more professionally. If Canna Cabana sells you a faulty product fight for your rights, refusing a return on an out of box faulty product is terrible business decorum borderline criminal."
"Beautiful store! By far the best selection of glassware and accessories. Any time I have been in there, the staff has went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. On my last visit, I was helped by both Ally and the store manager Dylan. They were very knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in my purchase. I felt like a friend, not just another customer. Great customer service! They recommended the CBD tea and I will definitely be back for more!"
