Employee sells the wrong product. Will not exchange or refund. So you are just the money. Didn't even leave the store with product. I noticed right away they made a mistake but I have to eat their mistake. Horrible service

Worst customer service. Specifically asked for thc got cbd then the person says no refunds or exchanges before even leaving the store when she gave the wrong product!! And thet don't sell thc? Wtf. No manager available. No service. Take your business elsewhere

The past three times I've went this place has bin closed ..then the one day I showed up at 659 it closed at 7 got to the door and they locked it .. they need to tell people some how that there not open or leave a fuxking note saying hey where closed .cause I've liked goin here in the past but like I said the last three times I've went it's bin closed.thebothwr two times bin through the day !

May be cheaper than all other places for some products, however the dates are awful. I just purchased ginger dawg 3.5 and didn't even get 10 feet away from the counter, and realized the date was from 2023 of April! Package isn't even open, asked if I could switch it out or get something else, no refunds or exchanges. Save your time, this place is sketchy going in, only one person working that makes you feel like the place is dead. If I can't return something I just got without even leaving the store, that's an issue. Also, having a package sitting for over a year is disgusting, the stuff I can feel how brittle it is without opening the bag. just awful. ALSO the stuff had so humidity packs!! What the heck!! As you can tell with the photos, super dry, like I can squeeze it and it'll break into that. Plus the day packaged.
