Would love to give 0 stars , pathetic customer service and management. I have been smoking hash for 10 years , I don't often buy from the government stores but once in a while I don't feel like driving to the reserve I grab a little in town . I tried a brand I had not had before this time , the hash had white looking bits in it. I brought it back and requested something else the guy called his manager and he refused to replace it with something else . They Said it's not on the store but the company . They complained they would be out the money . They said I could leave the hash there with my information and they would contact the company and get back to me . So I bought another one I have had before . The manger doesn't know how to run a business. I just started coming in there this was my fourth time, I live one min away could have been a regular customer once a week instead he would rather lose the business over one sale . Pathetic business sense . Might change the review if he rectifies the situation properly. We will see
Payan was wonderful, the same as every one that has helped me out at this location! I have been smoking cannabis daily for 20 years at least and use high THC cannabis as well as CBD for pain, etc. and Trenton cannabis always delivers at a good price. They have a good selection and they have accessories which a lot of stores are missing nowadays.
Great location right off the highway. Super easy access and always open and stocked any time I drop by. Everything is nicely displayed for me to see and the attendant is always patient and friendly.
I highly recommend you check them out for yourself. Take advantage of the daily deals.
Staff members are very polite and knowledgeable, and help me to find what I need. Whenever I go to the shop I find stuff in an organized manner.
I also like their customer service.
One thing I like about the store is that all the products are laid out in such a way that I can see them, so I can get exactly what I want. also staff members are very helpful to find good product.
