Every time I've gone to the Milton location I've had an exceptionally lovely experience! I've interacted with at least 5 different staff members within the few (maybe 3-4 visits) times I've visited and always get new product recommendations and friendly conversations. Love them! Cant wait till my next visit.

Interestingly enough they didn't honor a warranty on the device that was defective. I had proof of purchase but still they suggested I needed to be "registered" in their system. I'd stay clear from this store - priced high (no pun intended) and no after sales service. UPDATE: the store has not done anything about it but offering a minimal discount to sign up for an account with them. But that offer is valid for ANYONE. How are you solving my issue? It's a defective unit with receipt!!

Need better quality products. In the past when pen cartridges fell they would never shatter, now, after 1 fall, even from knee height, they shatter. Wasted over $100 the past two weeks because of this. They used to be made of plastic, now they seem to made of the most fragile glass. It's even more frustrating you guys don't cover your products or customers.
