Worst dispensary customer service I ever encountered in the last 6 years. It was my first time going to this Milton location and they disappointed me. Then I went there a second time and they was being racist towards me. Don't waste your time at this location. I also asked for indica and they gave me sativa. So I had to uber again to change it. Waste people's time and money because they are not skilled at there job. Also, I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION, they have served my friend who is 18 years old roughly 4 weeks ago and didn't ask her for ID.

Tokyo Smoke has been my go-to store since legalization (high roller). I usually shop daily in Toronto but come here every now and then. The staff/store at this location are uncomfortably over-casual - sometime I confuse them with customers vs employees. Please remember you are working and need to serve customers. There is also a lot of misguided information being given the cashier woman - remember if you do not know do not provide false information. Weed stores are like liquor store, there needs to be more professionalism and a willingness to work at TS. I do not foresee this store location being successful here - it might be the town or it might be the store - either way, my least fav location I've been to! It's tainted my understanding of TS and I shop elsewhere - I am even noticing that in the last 6 months I stopped shopping frequently at TS in Toronto and go to other stores. I am writing this to bring a little awareness to the employees that they are representing a solid brand and bring awareness to the franchise owners to check this store out.

Every time I've gone to the Milton location I've had an exceptionally lovely experience! I've interacted with at least 5 different staff members within the few (maybe 3-4 visits) times I've visited and always get new product recommendations and friendly conversations. Love them! Cant wait till my next visit.
