| Tokyo Smoke has been my go-to store since legalization (high roller). I usually shop daily in Toronto but come here every now and then. The staff/store at this location are uncomfortably over-casual - sometime I confuse them with customers vs employees. Please remember you are working and need to serve customers. There is also a lot of misguided information being given the cashier woman - remember if you do not know do not provide false information. Weed stores are like liquor store, there needs to be more professionalism and a willingness to work at TS. I do not foresee this store location being successful here - it might be the town or it might be the store - either way, my least fav location I've been to! It's tainted my understanding of TS and I shop elsewhere - I am even noticing that in the last 6 months I stopped shopping frequently at TS in Toronto and go to other stores. I am writing this to bring a little awareness to the employees that they are representing a solid brand and bring awareness to the franchise owners to check this store out. | ||
