Just ran in 5 minutes to close and was assisted right away, greeted so friendly, no signs of irritability at all! The 2 gentlemen working were so happy to be doing their job and worked efficiently as a team! So knowledgeable with every product in the store. AMAZING STAFF. Very affordable as well.

Let alone is 7grams a whopping 36$ but they don't even properly check your points account, I had went in a couple days ago because I ran out of reserve stuff, I asked can I use my points I have 25% off, the employee before saying anything checked my item out then said oh I already checked your account to see, funny because that was the quickest it's ever been buying from this store…. Another issue is if 2 people with the same name have an account with spark rewards, they don't know how to confirm it's you so half the time you might be just giving a hole other person your points. Yeah place is a joke, just take a drive to alderville and avoid these scams

I'm making a review on my partner's account because I already made a review last week. But the girls that served me sadie and fawn did a absolutely fantastic job and I was blown away with the service that I received. I will also add that they are new ish staff to the store. They remember my information and make it a very easy process for me as a customer, they also no my preferences and gave outstanding recommendations. Females in this industry don't get enough recognition and these two certainly deserve it. Sadie is my absolute favorite and would not only give her recommendations attend out of ten, but I give her a ten out of ten.

Very nice location, very nice staff. But for it being $3-4 more expensive for carts then places such as PeacePipe you need quicker service. Every time I come in out of convenience I kick myself and feel I should have driven that 10 mins vs waiting 10 mins to pay $4 more for a cart. Will continue to avoid, but beautiful inside so if that's what you're looking for this is the place to go.
